He didn't/doesn't have anyone's personal addresses so long as it says
'sent from your rabbit profile' in the message.  He doesn't know where
the message is going; it passes through SuperFRED and then gets sent
to you.

But if he made it clear he didn't send yours through your profile, well then.

He can always sign up for the mailing lists and go through the
archives, I believe, but that's got to rise to some kind of
harassment/stalking/something level.
