I can, I work in the private schools, and they can fire me for just about anything they consider immoral, including smoking Camel cigarettes, if they so chose.

Advocating the legalization of Marijuana is not a crime nor is it
immoral, a teacher CAN NOT be legaly fired for political speech, this
is settled constitutional law. (Disclaimer: IANAL)
