I'd have to see the actual icons before voting. With just a plain old red ball, as in the examples, I'm in favor of the 16px high ones. That may change with different icons shrunk down to 16px. Then again, I'd be willing to see less flashy icons in order to keep the obnoxiousness factor due to size down. Ryan
