Re: [Rabbits] Thoughts on being a Starship Captain

I'll confess that "Starship Captain" makes very little sense to me, as
a moniker for Pyramid game fans or promoters. It makes me think very
much of Star Trek, and I think that would be the reaction of
practically everyone who hears the term.

I had to think pretty hard about this before I realized that "Starship
Captain" *does* make sense for Binary Homeworlds. It does not make
sense for Icehouse, RAMBots, Treehouse, Volcano, Zark City, Ice Dice,
WW5, PD, Martian Chess, Pharaoh, Zendo, or any other pyramid game I
can think of off the top of my head.

Since Homeworlds is probably Andy's favorite pyramid game, I can
understand why "Starship Captain" would both occur and appeal to him
as an appropriate label. Nevertheless, I respectively suggest that we
keep looking for more ideas before committing to this one.

Regards,
Bryan

Since it is taking me so long to get a new fan club web site launched and he wanted to share his new ideas for the pyramids side of things...  he put up this page of rambling not yet fully formed ideas to get feedback on what we are working on building...  names are all up for debate and subject to change!
