I know there are ways to do it... But its not easy, and it requires that fixative to make the ink stay.

I've considered the blank NanoFictionary cards too, and I'm SURE there
is something I could do with them... and I have an idea for the game,
actually.  I'm wondering if I can use it to teach my kids how to write
sentences.... and build them into paragraphs.   I've done something
similar with color-coded word tiles.

Anybody think this might have a chance at working?  2 of my kids can't
write sentences at all, although they can dictate tolerably well.  For
one student, its language... he speaks mostly Spanish, and so he's just
learning English.   Of the other 3, one can do nice simple sentences,
one can really write well when she wants to (not often... though she did
do a nice job the first time we wrote to our penpals, and did an awesome
rewrite of a picture book).   One student abhors writing, but is really
quite creative.
