The way _we_ play it is that if a numeral appears on the card, then
inflation increases it. So if the computer card shows the numeral 1,
then that would increase to 2. If it has the word "one", then it would
not. Even though the +1s appear on the computer screen on this promo, we
would play them just as if it were the 1 on a Draw 1 or a Play 1 card.

Related question... how does the Computer interact with Inflation
(X=X+1)?  Does the Computer give a double bonus if Inflation is in play,
or does the bonus text on the Computer really count as part of the
artwork and therefore not subject to Inflation?
