Inflation says "Any time a numeral is seen on another card, add one to
that numeral"

So, it's any kind of card.  And it's seen in the artwork (if it were
"only" artwork, it wouldn't have any effect on the game anyway).

Therefore, if inflation is in play, and someone has the computer, then
that person has +3 on those four attributes.  (Play 4 becomes play 5
because of inflation, the play +1 on the computer becomes play +2, and
then affects the (now) play 5 to become play 7

Furthermore, if The Party and The Party Bonus are *also* in play (from
the Party Pack promo), players without the Computer get +3 on
Draw/Play, and the player with the computer gets +5.
