Exactly.  Dead Parrot is much better than Sleeping Parrot.  "Norwegian Blue, Pinin' for the Fjords" would also be good (and funnier, imho), as was alluded to earlier.

ps - I had to look up the Hovercraft Full of Eels just to be sure I remembered the sketch correctly.  Yup... gotta hate those cheap phrase books, huh?
