Good question. I'd say that, in order for all the games to get the same amount of feedback from other designers, when you enter the contest you have rank and provide feedback for all the games. If you really cannot play all the games, then at least rank and provide feedback based on reading the rules (anyway, there's no way of knowing if people have actually played the games).
Else, some games will not get the same amount of feedback and it will be unfair for those designers. Consider it like a "fee". We should all pay the same amount to enter the contest, and we all get the same benefit independently of who wins.
