I've been using an old laptop bag for a sub-notebook sized device. In it I have a bunch of tubes to hold stashes and treehouse sets. There is also room for a small back with dice. The side pockets are great for holding a volcano board, rules printouts, cards, etc. I do keep thinking about doing something with cutout foam however. It might make it faster / easier to get the pyramids in and out rather than using the tubes.

Even cutting the straight channels out of the already scored Crystal Caste foam was a little tricky to keep straight.
