Depends on your goals.  If you want to maximize "profit", then 
spend some very long time researching your card values online
(I doubt this is too hard to find) and then most likely, eBay, 
but there may be some specific gamer auction sites out there 
as well.

If you have a general description of what you have and already 
a ballpark estimate of how much you'd like for it, then you 
might even find interested parties in the Rabbit community.
The not-so-secret message here is that I might be interested
myself.

Somewhere in between, and don't mind questions and/or visits?
Maybe Craigslist would be the answer.

Anyway, having never sold any of my own M:tG cards, I expect 
you'll get better advice from another Rabbit who has...
