Hey guys,
Can we maybe just end this thread in favor of a more fruitful argument? Can we argue over whether puppies are cute or something? Because I really think this passed the point of ridiculousness about fifteen replies ago.

I can say that I am not as vexed by top posting as others. One reason though is I don't get the digest. I use gmail which threads automatically and helpfully moves the thread to the location of the most recent reply in the date sorted inbox. I have in the past subscribed to some digests and found them in general to be too confusing but sometimes necessary (until gmail that is). I am not trying to advertise for the google folks here. David made a request if you wish to comply do, if not, don't.
